Come collage, swap ideas, and hang out with fellow makers in a relaxed atmosphere. No experience necessary, and there’s no right or wrong way to junk journal. Just bring yourself, your journal, and your creativity!

Keep the creative cycle going! Following our September community clothing swap, we're launching a series of hands-on workshops exploring what happens next in the life of our clothing and textiles.
This week is upcycling! Explore creative ways to customize clothing using fabric scraps, embroidery, patches, decorative stitching, and other creative techniques. Whether you're giving an old favorite a fresh look or turning a thrifted find into something completely new, you'll have the freedom to experiment and make it your own.
Bring a piece of clothing that could use some TLC, or simply come learn the basics and practice on materials provided at Ember & Ink. No sewing experience is required!
Stay tuned! In our final week, we'll explore ways to reclaim textile scraps and waste.
Whether you're learning to sew for the first time or you're an experienced maker, come join us as we give old textiles a second (or third!) life.
